\nThe rooms are available after 2.00 P.M. and must be vacated by 11.00 A.M. on the departure to facilitate the housekeeping and the arrival of the next guest.
\nDifferent times can be agreed upon in advance with the management.
\nHowever, it is possible to leave your luggage at the facility before and after your time of entry and exit.
\nUpon arrival each guest must provide a valid ID, for the registrations according to Italian low; and must pay the agreed amount for the entire stay at the check in with cash.
\nLA VIOLA doesn\u2019t accept credit cards and cheques.
\nUpon arrival with the keys to the room, the gests will be given the keys to the iron and glass door that must always remain closed.
\nThe keys must be returned upon departure; If you lose the keys LA VIOLA will charge a flat rate euro 60.00.
\nLA VIOLA being a family-run business has no reception service available 24 hours a day, so the guest is obliged to notify the estimated arrival time by telephone to the direction.

Housekeeping: LA VIOLA can access the room, when vacant, from 10.30 A.M. to 11.30 A.M. for daily cleaning. If the rooms are occupied, there will not be cleaning. Linen change is weekly; towels every three days. Any extra cleaning required of the room have an additional cost of \u20ac 20.00.<\/p>\n
Safety regulations: guests are expected to moderate the noises from 2.00 P..M. to 4.00 P.M. and from 11.00 P.M. to 7.30 A.M. At all times the guests are expected to keep a civil behavior for everyone\u2019s peace of mind.
\nIt\u2019s prohibited to smoke inside LA VIOLA.
\nGuests are obliged to repay any damage to furniture, electronic equipment of the structure and incorrect use of additional equipment.
\nYou are not allowed to bring other people in the building, other than those duly registered and subject to our express written approval.
\nIt is not allowed to use their own appliances in the kitchen.
\nIt is forbidden to throw in the toilet diapers and anything that might obstruct the pipes.
\nPlease turn off the lights, and other equipment when not in use.
\nLA VIOLA assumes no liability for damage or injury caused by improper use of the services provided or for inappropriate behavior inside the rooms.
\nThe management declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of objects of any value left inside LA VIOLA.<\/p>\n
registration: the information provided will be treated onder confidentiality and security obligations set by privacy law and will be used exclusively for purposes concerning the activities and shall not be disclosed.<\/p>\n
By confirming the reservation the guests expressly declares to have read and accepted the rules. LAVIOLA reserves the right to disband immediately the accommodation contract in case of non-compliance with one or more rules. The guest is still obliged to pay for the whole booked period.<\/p>\n
